BigSpring is an AI powered practice engine which helps businesses close skill gaps through practical, real-time learning. The platform aligns learning with job requirements to facilitate workforce readiness. Some users also refer to it as a "Digital AI mirror" which fits in their pocket and is available any time, any place.

The practice engine is typically used by salespeople and their coaches to train for sales calls and demos. Using AI, we enhanced the product capabilities to further streamline this journey.

Where we started

Salespeople face strict compliance requirements and undergo rigorous training. One big pharmaceutical client struggled with a very high time gap between practice and the first discovery call. BigSpring stepped in to solve this.
